We're looking for a proactive and hands-on System Administrator to keep our IT infrastructure running securely, efficiently, and reliably. In this role, you'll manage both on-premises and cloud environments, maintain critical systems and networks, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and help drive technology improvements that support our growing business.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, cloud infrastructure, storage, and enterprise systems.
• Administer core IT services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email, VPN, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide advanced technical support to ensure high availability.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, backups, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation, IT assets, and coordinate with technology vendors.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, including deployments, migrations, and technology enhancements.
• Support ISO 27001 and Information Security Management System (ISMS) initiatives by implementing secure infrastructure and maintaining compliance.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance, security, automation, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, or a similar IT Infrastructure role.
  
• Strong experience managing Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox, or similar), and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, backup solutions, and enterprise networking.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security, system hardening, backup & disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, IT security best practices, or compliance frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, RHCSA/RHCE, VMware VCP, CompTIA Server+/Network+, or CCNA are a plus.
• Willing to participate in scheduled maintenance and provide after-hours support when required.
• Comfortable working under an initial 6-month employment contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
