About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Key Account Executive (KAE) to manage client relationships and support the delivery of our Employment Background Screening (EBS) services in Indonesia.

In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth screening process, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining strong long-term business relationships. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about client service, we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding and launch of new background screening projects.
  • Conduct training sessions for client representatives regarding screening processes and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure client needs and expectations are met with a high level of service.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of screening services.
  • Support reporting and administrative activities related to client accounts.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Executive/Administrative Support, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
