The Verification Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive background screening and verification activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality reports that help clients make informed and confident decisions.

What will you do:

• Conduct background screening and verification through online research, databases, phone calls, and email correspondence.
• Verify employment, education, and other information with employers, universities, references, and relevant sources.
• Perform reference checks and gather information from various sources while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Analyze findings and prepare accurate, comprehensive screening reports.
• Ensure screening cases are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and update information in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth screening operations and address client requirements.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and support ad hoc projects as needed.

Who we need:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, HR, verification, research, or a related field.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
