We are looking for a hands-on AI Architect to join our technology team.

In this role, you will design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions, automation workflows, and system integrations that improve operational efficiency and user experience across the organization.

You’ll work closely with technical and business teams to turn real operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions, from AI agents and LLM-based workflows to process automation and internal system integrations.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved throughout the process — from solution design and prototyping to development, deployment, validation, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop AI agents and LLM-based solutions to support business functions such as Employment Background Screening (EBS), Due Diligence, Whistleblowing, Sales, Quality Assurance, General Affairs, and Human Resources.
• Build end-to-end AI workflows covering data intake, document processing, classification, information extraction, analysis, and structured output generation.
• Develop reusable prompt frameworks, agent logic, and AI workflows to improve the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of AI outputs.
• Identify manual and repetitive business processes that can be improved through AI and workflow automation.
• Design and implement automation workflows for processes such as data entry, report drafting, quality checks, and communication workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal platforms such as Prisma, Knowme, WBS, HR, and Accounting systems.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, webhooks, and data flows between systems and services.
• Work with relational databases to support reliable data processing, storage, and system interoperability.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production-ready AI and automation solutions.
• Implement validation mechanisms, including human-in-the-loop controls, to ensure AI-generated outputs are accurate, consistent, and reliable.
• Ensure AI solutions follow appropriate data protection, PII handling, access control, and information security standards.
• Contribute to AI governance, technical documentation, implementation standards, and best practices.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Sales, HR, and other teams to validate solutions and continuously improve deployed workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI, LLM, automation, and software technologies and recommend solutions based on business and technical requirements.

Who We Need

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in software development, AI engineering, system integration, automation, solution architecture, or a related technical field.
• Proven hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven, LLM-based, or automation solutions.
• Strong programming experience in Python, PHP, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI-powered workflows.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining production systems.
• Understanding of software architecture, SDLC, version control, and DevOps practices.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, access control, data protection, and secure system design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, particularly for technical documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives, and taking ownership of projects.
• Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across technical and business teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar technologies.
• Experience with RAG, AI agents, LLM evaluation, or AI output validation.
• Familiarity with AI/automation frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Docker, cloud platforms, CI/CD, or other DevOps technologies.
• Familiarity with AI governance, information security standards, or ISO 27001.
• Experience working with confidential, sensitive, or PII-related data.
• Experience building solutions for document-heavy or operational business processes.
