Key Account Executive (Employment Background Screening)

Employment Background Screening (EBS) is one of Integrity's core services, helping organizations make informed hiring decisions through reliable and professional background verification solutions. We are looking for a Key Account Executive to manage client relationships and support the successful delivery of our screening services.

What You'll Do: 

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients.
• Support the implementation of Employment Background Screening services.
• Conduct client onboarding and training sessions.
• Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain client records and support reporting activities.
• Build long-term relationships and contribute to client satisfaction.

Who We Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Administration, or related roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work in a two-shift schedule.
